As part of the District Attorney's Police Accountability Working Group, Morgan studied police misconduct, its impact on prosecution, and the extent to which internal disciplinary schemes prevent further misconduct. She also assisted the Conviction Integrity Unit with two wrongful conviction investigations, which inspired her decision to represent wrongfully convicted individuals full-time. Morgan is admitted to practice law before New York and the Southern District of New York.
