We may collect certain information by automated means when you visit the Website and/or when you use our other digital products, such as how many users visited the Website and the pages accessed. In the event you make a secure payment through a link or by direction of content on the Website, you consent to the collection of that information necessary to ensure your understanding and acknowledgement of any agreement contingent to the payment, as well as the data used to accept the payment, as the case may be; we use a reputable third-party service provider or provider(s) only for any processing of payment online in the event we allow such payment(s) at all, and we rely on their lawful, regulated privacy and data protection standards to ensure your information is secure; we do this through not just ensuring our Firm follows data protection procedures pursuant to regulations and law, but also by ensuring that our provider(s) or third-party merchant processor(s) or service-provider(s) abide by policies that meet or exceed regulatory and legal standards for the security of your commercial data, with minimal retention of any such data as permitted by law.

By collecting analytics information on visitors or potential visitors to this Website, we learn how to best tailor our Website to our present and potential audience. We collect this information through various technologies, including, without limitation, cookies, server logs, web beacons and IP addresses, although we are – as a Firm – not technology experts or specialists, and do rely on our web hosting and domain hosting service provider(s) to abide by their own lawful privacy and data protection practices.

About “cookies” in the technology-sense-of-the-word: Cookies are a feature in your browser software that, when enabled, place bits of text or information on your computer’s hard drive when you visit certain websites or send or receive data from certain online mediums, as we understand the technological meaning. We may use cookies to tell us, for example, whether you have visited the Website before and what content you may have viewed on past visits. While this data, for example, can be helpful to ensuring that our services reach the audience that most desires our services, it is not a science; we therefore do our best to figure out what that data means.

Your web-browser may tell you how to stop accepting new cookies, how to be notified when you receive a new cookie, and how to disable existing cookies. In fact, your web-browser may do all kinds of things that we’re not aware of or privy to – this is the risk of using a web of networked information that is adapting to various regulations, while balancing the interests of individuals who desire knowledge, information, and interaction through the internet.

Non-personally identifiable information collected may also include, without limitation, data about your device, browser, operating system, your IP address, general location information, page information, and the date and time of each request you make to the Firm. Any analytical service may add data acquiring options without even our own Firm’s consent, but we are committed to ensuring that our data practices exceed regulatory standards and requirements.
